SALES MANAGER AND ANALYST

OVERVIEW
What You Will Do: The Sales Manager & Analyst is always working to support the sales department with administrative and organizational tasks, analyzing sales data from SPINS and other portals.
Sales Manager Responsibilities:
- Manage organizing and updating of all sales-related files and materials within our internal cloud-based filing system (i.e. price sheets, sell sheets, presentations, promotional paperwork, sales data, new customer setup paperwork, etc.)
- Assist sales leadership with all new customer setups and product setups within the variety of platforms we work within. Ensure all information is accurate and consistent across platforms for more accurate overall setup and reporting (i.e. One World Sync, Repositrak, SPS Commerce, SPINS, Nielsen, IRI, RangeMe, IX One, Gladson Imaging)
- Work directly with sales leadership to support and ensure all promotions are submitted accurately, in a timely manner, and lastly, support to ensure execution at the shelf level
- Maintain and manage promotional calendar along with all its pertinent information such as, but not limited to: who the distributor is, who the retailer is, what the promotion is, what the activation dates are, what are all fees associated with the promotional spend, proof of performance from brokers. Ensure this information is effectively communicated to accounting/finance
- Assist sales leadership to stay up to date with meetings and events
- Go to sales events if needed
- Communicate with the marketing team on important promotions and new releases of flavors and launches in stores to align with marketing’s project & calendar planner in Asana
- Help manage and coordinate and organize all sales data acquisition to ensure our team has all the information necessary to generate regular sales reporting for deeper insights
- Work on other one-off projects from other teams, as necessary
Sales Analyst Responsibilities:
- Create sales reports for management staff and other teams
- Pull and update reports each period from SPINS and other retail portals
- Conduct research into target market and surrounding areas
- Update sales decks as needed for category review meetings - Review promotional data
- Suggests adjustments and revisions for promotional strategies to improve sales and profitability
- Creates sales evaluation reports based on collected data

Location: This position will be based out of our HQ campus just south of downtown Austin, TX.

Competitive Compensation: based on experience
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s Degree from a 4-year institution preferentially in Sales, Marketing, Economics, and/or Finance business curriculum
At least 2-3 years of Food & Beverage CPG/Grocery related job experience specific to Sales/Marketing administration or other easily adaptable work experience
Proficiencies:
• Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, One Drive, SharePoint, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, Writing/Email Skills, legal reading and writing aptitude, SPINS, data analysis
