Vietnamese Coffee Sundaes

  1. 1 cup peanuts, unsalted roasted
  2. 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  3. 1 tsp salt
  4. 1 cup sugar
  5. 3/4 cup whole coconut milk
  6. 2 scoop NadaMoo Java Crunch ice cream
  7. 1 cup water
  8. 2 Tbsp instant coffee


  1. Combine sugar with water and bring to a boil.
  2. Stir in the roasted peanuts, cinnamon, and salt until the peanuts are evenly coated.
  3. Break off peanut brittle into small pieces.
  4. Whisk the sweetened condensed milk with the dissolved instant coffee.
  5. Scoop the ice cream and drizzle with the milky coffee. Sprinkle peanut brittle as topping.
