Vegan Bread Pudding Coupled With Ice Cream

  1. 2 scoops NadaMoo Maple Pecan ice cream
  2. 2 cups soy milk
  3. 1 cup sugar
  4. 1 Tbsp vanilla
  5. 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  6. 1/2 tsp allspice
  7. 1 cup raisins
  8. 1/2 cup chopped almonds
  9. 1 day old bread


  1. Put the bread into baking pan. Stir the remaining ingredients together in separate bowl and pour over the bread. Stir to mix.
  2. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
  3. Scoop ice cream on the bread pudding.
