Pumpkin Protein Smoothie

1 large frozen banana
1 cup coconut milk
1 tsp of hemp seeds
1 Tbs of chia seeds
1 cup pumpkin puree
1 scoop of NadaMoo Vanilla…Ahhh ice cream
1/4 tsp cinnamon

1. Place all ingredients in a blender until smooth
2. Top with handful of chia seeds, hemp seeds, apple slices if desired
