- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 cup coconut sugar
- 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 3/4 cup coconut cream
- Whisk all the ingredients into a small pot.
- Heat over medium heat about 10 minutes until you see it thicken.
- Bring to a boil and then reduce heat until thickened about 2 minutes.
- Toss the pumpkin drizzle with your favorite NadaMoo ice cream.
