Indian Mukwas

  1. 1/4 cup fennel seeds
  2. 1/4 cup dried pistachio
  3. 1/4 sesame seeds
  4. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  5. 1 tsp salt
  6. 1 scoop NadaMoo Pistachio Nut ice cream


  1. Mix water and turmeric powder together
  2. Mix turmeric water to dhania dal, fennel seeds, pistachio, and sesame seeds together. Set aside until water gets soaked.
  3. Roast the mixture until crunchy. Mix all the ingredients well.
  4. Scoop ice cream on the mukwas as topping.
