Frozen Cold-Brew Tiramisu


Base Layer:

  • 1 1/2 cup walnuts
  • 1 cup pitted dates
  • 3 tbsp coconut oil, liquefied
  • 3 tbsp warm water
  • 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • Dash of salt

Middle Layer:

Top Layer:

  • 1 cup raw cashews, pre-soaked & strained*
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 4 tbsp coconut oil, liquefied
  • 4 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • Dash of salt


  • Cacao powder
  • Coffee beans


  1. In a food processor, combine all base layer ingredients. Mix until fully combined and a bit sticky. Add the mixture to the bottom of a 9” springform pan and smooth out into an even layer.
  2. Add softened pints of Caramel Cold-Brew & Cookies to the top of the base layer. Smooth out with a spatula into an even layer. Place in the freezer while working on the top layer.
  3. In a clean food processor, combine all top layer ingredients. Mix until smooth. Add the mixture to the top of the ice cream layer, making sure to smooth out the top. Place in the freezer overnight.
  4. Before serving, dust the top with cacao powder and coffee beans. Keep frozen until serving.

*To soak cashews, add to a bowl and fill with water. Soak for 2-3 hours then strain and discard the water.

Yields a 9” cake.
