1 pint of Nadamoo Gotta Do Chocolate ice cream
1/2 cup shelled pistachios
1/2 cup raspberries
2 teaspoons instant coffee granules
1 bar vegan chocolate
1. Let NadaMoo Gotta Do Chocolate ice cream soften for 5 minutes.
2. In large mixing bowl, add all the ingredients: ice cream, raspberries, coffee granules and fold until well mixed.
3. Cover and freeze in silicone ice trays for about 2 hours.
4. Top with crumbled vegan chocolate and pistachio crumbs.
