Chocolate Maple Waffle

1 pint of NadaMoo Maple Pecan ice cream
2 cups gluten free flour
1 tsp sugar
2 tsp baking power
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
2 cup vegan butter
2 bananas, smashed
1 tsp vanilla extract
Your favorite chocolate sauce

1. Whisk together dry ingredients in a medium bowl
2. Whisk together wet ingredients in a larger bowl
3. Pour the dry into the wet and mix softly. Don’t over mix
4. Pour into waffle maker and follow regular technique
5. Plate, top with scoops of NadaMoo Maple Pecan ice cream and drizzle with chocolate sauce
