Ingredients:
- 1 Large apple
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons Coconut Creamer, Pumpkin Spice Flavor
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- egg replacer
- 1 scoop NadaMoo Vanilla…Ahhh ice cream
Instructions:
- Set oven to 350 degrees
- Slice the apples into 1/4 inch slices. Place slices in a bowl with water and squeeze half a lemon into the bowl. Microwave for about 3 minutes until slices are flexible
- While the apples are in the microwave, whisk all of the dry ingredients together in a bowl
- Add the coconut oil and egg replacer to the dry ingredients and thoroughly mix
- Stick the dough in the freezer for just a few minutes to let it cool off
- Put parchment paper on the counter, and sprinkle it with a bit of almond flour
- Take the dough out and mush into long rectangles
- Place the apple slices near the top of the dough rectangles, creating an overlapping pattern over the dough
- Roll the apples and the dough into rose shapes and place them in a cupcake baking sheet (with or without paper cups)
- Sprinkle Coconut Creamer, Pumpkin Spice flavor on top of apple roses
- Bake for 40-45 minutes
- Pair with NadaMoo vanilla ice cream and sprinkle more Coconut Creamer Pumpkin Spice on top of the ice cream
