  • 1 Large apple
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons Coconut Creamer, Pumpkin Spice Flavor
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • egg replacer
  • 1 scoop NadaMoo Vanilla…Ahhh ice cream


  1. Set oven to 350 degrees
  2. Slice the apples into 1/4 inch slices. Place slices in a bowl with water and squeeze half a lemon into the bowl. Microwave for about 3 minutes until slices are flexible
  3. While the apples are in the microwave, whisk all of the dry ingredients together in a bowl
  4. Add the coconut oil and egg replacer to the dry ingredients and thoroughly mix
  5. Stick the dough in the freezer for just a few minutes to let it cool off
  6. Put parchment paper on the counter, and sprinkle it with a bit of almond flour
  7. Take the dough out and mush into long rectangles
  8. Place the apple slices near the top of the dough rectangles, creating an overlapping pattern over the dough
  9. Roll the apples and the dough into rose shapes and place them in a cupcake baking sheet (with or without paper cups)
  10. Sprinkle Coconut Creamer, Pumpkin Spice flavor on top of apple roses
  11. Bake for 40-45 minutes
  12. Pair with NadaMoo vanilla ice cream and sprinkle more Coconut Creamer Pumpkin Spice on top of the ice cream
