We use coconut milk because it’s dairy-free (and delicious). Also, unlike soy or almonds, coconuts need little more than sun and rain to grow. Once harvested, another coconut will grow in its place. Plus, all of our coconut milk is certified organic.More on sustainability
Ok, I finally found this at my Dallas @wholefoods tonight. The shelf was already cleared out but I was determined, and a helpful employee found some in the back for me.
