Vegan Brownie Cookie & Crème Ice Cream Cake

Ingredients:

  1. 2 scoop NadaMoo Cookies & Creme ice cream
  2. 2 cups flour
  3. 1 cup water
  4. 1 cup brown sugar
  5. 1 cup white sugar
  6. 1 tsp salt
  7. 1 tsp vanilla
  8. 3/4 cup cocoa powder
  9. 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  10. 1/2 tsp baking powder

Instructions:

  1. Cook water and 1/2 cup flour over low heat until it reaches the consistency of a gluey paste.
  2. Remove the mixture from heat and cool it down.
  3. Mix sugar, salt, vanilla, cocoa powder, and vegetable oil together. Then add the flour-water mixture.
  4. Add the remaining 1 1/2 cups of flour and baking powder.
  5. Spread mixture into a greased pan. Bake at 350ºF for 25 minutes.
  6. Scoop ice cream on the hot brownie.
  7. Top with maple pecan cereals.
