Pumpkin Drizzle

Ingredients:

  1. 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  2. 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
  3. 1 cup coconut sugar
  4. 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  5. 3/4 cup coconut cream

Instructions:

  1. Whisk all the ingredients into a small pot.
  2. Heat over medium heat about 10 minutes until you see it thicken.
  3. Bring to a boil and then reduce heat until thickened about 2 minutes.
  4. Toss the pumpkin drizzle with your favorite NadaMoo ice cream.
