- Mix Mochiko and water in a glass bowl and mix well. (Add water if it’s too dry)
- Steam the mochiko dough for 20 minutes
- Cook the steamed Mochi into a pot with sugar. Completely dissolve the sugar.
- Take the hot Mochi out from the pot to a sheet pan. Dust it with cornstarch.
- Scoop ice cream on the Mochi.
- Shape as you like.
