1 scoop of Nadamoo Lotta Mint Chip ice cream
2 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
1 cup unsweetened coconut milk (or you can use any milky liquid you prefer)
pinch of salt
1 tsp Dark Chocolate chips
1. Whisk together the cocoa, salt and about 2 tablespoons milk in a small saucepan over medium-low heat until cocoa is dissolved. Whisk in the rest of the milk and heat it over medium heat, whisking occasionally until it is hot.
3. Add a scoop of ice cream and dark chocolate chips for an extra dose of minty goodness.
